Responsibilities Manage daily field service operations across assigned markets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end‑user devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and scanners Coordinate support for network connectivity, telecom systems, and telehealth platforms to maintain reliable clinical and business operations Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH Partner with the Sr. Manager of Relationship Management and regional informatics to align IT priorities with regional strategy Support coordinated communication, project alignment, and collaboration across regional IT initiatives Develop strategies and methods to deliver accurate, timely information to healthcare providers and support enterprise solution implementation Review analytics reports, ensure SLA adherence, and drive service‑level improvements across high‑priority applications Establish proactive IT rounding schedules for hospital and ambulatory departments to strengthen service visibility and responsiveness Monitor service performance, lead escalation management, and execute improvement plans to enhance customer experience and operational reliability Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree is required Equivalent education and work experience will be accepted only if previous experience applies to specific system Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology is highly desired Three (3) years of managerial experience is highly desired License/Certification(s): A valid driver’s license is required when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
