AAM in looking for a Plant finance Manager for our location in Hausach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Forecast, budget & long range financial planning: Prepare and maintain approved local capital plan appropriation request - write process and follow to approval Local staffing
• All operations in unit: Hire, coach, train and mentor business unit finance staff
• Close financial book monthly
• Ensure policy compliance and ensure internal control function
• Ownership of balance sheet: Coordination/planning with corporate; Compliance with policies; Account reconciliation and review.
• Monitor and evaluate risks the business unit faces: Coordinate plan(s) with appropriate management
• Establish and drive execution of productivity and cost reduction initiatives
• Coordination of inventory valuation and API’s (API’s with materials)
• Labor negotiation costing/modeling
• Preparation and ownership of ABC cost and part profitability
• Timely communication of financial matters to corporate, including: Matters that may require special accounting treatment; Items that are material (whether routine or not); Other as required
• Develop processes and set infrastructure to measure, understand and monitor business unit results relative to action plans and milestones
• Local taxes

• Monatlicher Abschluss des Finanzbuchs
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und der internen Kontrollfunktion
• Sicherstellung der lokalen Einhaltung von Sarbanes Oxley
• Verantwortlichkeit für die Bilanz: Koordinierung/Planung mit der Zentrale; Einhaltung der Richtlinien; Kontenabstimmung und -überprüfung.
• Überwachung und Bewertung der Risiken, denen die Geschäftseinheit ausgesetzt ist: Koordinierung von Plänen mit dem zuständigen Management
• Festlegung und Durchführung von Produktivitäts- und Kostensenkungsinitiativen
• Koordinierung der Bestandsbewertung und APIs (APIs mit Materialien)
• Kalkulation/Modellierung von Arbeitsverhandlungen
• Vorbereitung und Verantwortung für ABC-Kosten und Teilerentabilität
• Rechtzeitige Mitteilung von Finanzangelegenheiten an die Zentrale, einschließlich: Angelegenheiten, die möglicherweise eine besondere buchhalterische Behandlung erfordern; Posten, die wesentlich sind (ob Routine oder nicht); andere nach Bedarf
• Entwicklung von Prozessen und Einrichtung einer Infrastruktur zur Messung, zum Verständnis und zur Überwachung der Ergebnisse der Geschäftseinheit im Verhältnis zu Aktionsplänen und Meilensteinen

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

• Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Profound experience in financial management, ideally in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment and the ability to adapt quickly and act proactively.
• Strong communication skills in German and English to work effectively with teams in Germany and internationally.
• High level of independence and the ability to work as part of and inspire a team.
• Experience with the implementation of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Profunde Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Technologieumfeld
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Finanzanalyse, Budgetplanung und Prognosen.
• Hervorragende analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
• Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell anzupassen und proaktiv zu handeln.
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit Teams in Deutschland und international.
• Hohe Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, als Teil eines Teams zu arbeiten und dieses zu inspirieren.
• Erfahrung mit der Einführung von ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
