As a Manager in Finance Analytics, you will play a critical role in building scalable analytical frameworks, improving reporting accuracy, and enabling data-backed financial planning. The position offers an opportunity to work hands-on with large datasets, automate reporting processes, and influence financial strategy while operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Lead financial and data analytics initiatives to support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic planning. Analyze large, complex financial datasets using SQL, Python, and SAS to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, cost optimization, and revenue drivers. Design, build, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and business teams. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all financial reports and analytics outputs. Partner with finance, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions aligned with business goals. Improve existing financial reporting processes by introducing automation, standardization, and advanced analytics techniques. Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives related to financial performance, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Stay current with industry best practices in financial analytics, data visualization, and advanced analytical methods. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 1+ year of experience in finance analytics, financial analysis, or data analytics roles. Strong foundation in finance and financial analytics, including understanding of P&L, forecasting, and performance metrics. Hands-on expertise in Data Analytics using SQL, Python, and SAS for data extraction, analysis, and modeling. Proven experience in creating impactful dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI. Ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
