Your Mission As the Finance Manager, you will support finance and multifunctional leaders on strategic planning, forecasting, and impact assessment for investments in Franchises and/or across the Blizzard portfolio. You will be a key business partner to Franchise and finance leaders in deciding budget allocations and driving effective decisions. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA What you bring to the table: Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Partner with development, marketing and finance teams to develop annual operating plan / quarterly forecast for the budget. Help to set objectives, measurable KPIs, budget, and approval gates for both fixed headcount and variable spend. Lead financial analysis to support decision-making on franchise priorities, investments, and go-to-market plans. Own and lead processes to improve investment tracking, reporting, and evaluation. Partner with game franchise teams to develop deep understanding of audience segments, and deliver content & marketing plans that will drive profitable growth. Contribute to decision making on budget allocation and optimization, including user acquisition, influencer activation, partnership marketing, and campaign production, among others. Minimum Requirements: Experience: 4 or more years of finance experience. Consistent track record of driving innovative initiatives that generate growth and positive returns. Knowledge of the key performance metrics that drive business performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change. Excellent interpersonal skills to lead projects with diverse collaborators across functions. Extra points: Knowledge of the video game industry, and passion for Blizzard game(s) is a plus. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
