This role acts as a trusted advisor to business units, translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and driving accountability across the Bank. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, the Finance Business Partner ensures alignment between financial outcomes and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Ideally at least 4 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business partnering, ideally within banking, financial services or a related industry
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (progress toward CA/CPA certification is advantageous but not essential)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling, with strong attention to detail and a desire to further develop technical capabilities
  • Experience in strategic planning and forecasting processes, including quarterly and annual cyclesFoundational understanding of banking concepts such as Net Interest Margin (NIM), product margins, and cost-of-funds, or a strong willingness to learn quickly

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual with an excellent foundation in finance. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, translating numbers into meaningful narratives to support financial analysis and decision-making. A passion for accuracy and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role.
    The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across both finance and non-finance teams.
