JOB TITLE: FINANCE MANAGER

Organization: Financial Consultancy
Location(s): Dubai, Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose: A results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager is required to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong finance knowledge, hands-on experience in the Gulf market, and the ability to manage budgeting, reporting, taxation, and financial controls.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

• Strong command of IFRS, and relevant rules
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
• Proficient in accounting/ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

• A degree in Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification like CA /CPA /CMA/ACCA preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Prior experience in Gulf region with knowledge of local financial regulations is a must
