RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, liaise, coordinate, work with third party fund administrator, prime broker, auditors, accountants, lawyers, and other service providers
• Review and ensure accuracy of monthly NAVs, subscriptions, redemptions, carried interest calculations, management fee calculations, annual fund financial statements, monthly bank and brokerage account reconciliation, cash, position, and other reconciliations, and processing and calculating of other amounts and accruals
• Coordination with auditors, third-party fund administrators, tax accountants, and other service providers to oversee and supervise the audit and tax preparation process
• Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting and operational framework and activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and financial policies and procedures
• Respond to internal, external, and other investor related inquiries
• Collaborate with the team and assist on ad hoc special projects as assigned
