Your tasks: 

• You translate requirements from finance and the business units into tailor-made reporting and analytics solutions.
• Together with the specialist departments, you will design dashboards, KPI frameworks and clear reporting structures.
• You analyze and optimize finance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• You identify potential for automation and the use of AI along the finance value chain.
• You will work closely with Controlling, Accounting, Business Units and Data Teams.
• You are driving the expansion of self-service BI and a modern finance data landscape.
• You ensure data quality, governance, and consistent standards for reporting and analytics solutions.

You meet these professional requirements: 

• You have a completed degree in economics, business informatics, finance, data analytics or a comparable qualification.
• You bring sound, multi-year experience in the finance environment, for example in controlling, FP&A, finance transformation, BI or a comparable interface role.
• You have a good understanding of finance processes, reporting structures, and KPI logic.
• You have experience in designing dashboards and reports, ideally with Power BI – prior experience with SAP and/or Anaplan is an advantage.
• You have a strong affinity for data and systems; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• You have experience in projects related to digitalization, automation or process optimization and are interested in new technologies.
• Ideally, you already have initial practical experience with AI-supported tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Codex in a corporate environment.
