Job Title Manager – F&A Reports to Manager – Managed Services Department Managed Services No. of Positions NA Qualification, Experience and key s responsibilities: Key responsibilities ● Accountable for Month close processes – Review of Journal entry preparation, general ledger account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, financial reporting etc. ● Responsible for guiding the team on matters related to policy and procedures. ● Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required. ● Drive business metric improvement in Record to report area ● Responsible for delivering on SLA/KPIs ● Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas. ● Individual would manage a team size of 10-15 people and be responsible for effective performance management of the team.
