Your New Role
As Manager, Finance Planning and Analysis, you’ll play a key role in delivering monthly management reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and contributing to finance system transformation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
* Please note, this role is being offered as a 12 month contract and is based in Sydney *

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver monthly management reports and performance insights for Group Executive and Board committees
  • Support the annual operating budget process and rolling forecasts
  • Build financial models for strategic project portfolios and business cases
  • Contribute to finance and HR system implementation and process optimisation
  • Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and Tax teams to drive efficiency and alignment

How do you exceed our expectations?
You are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

In addition, you have:

  • A Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA/CPA membership
  • 3+ years’ experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and engage with senior stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative attitude
  • Experience in financial services and finance systems transformation (desirable)
