We are looking for a Category FP&A Manager. This person will serve as the financial adviser and will partner with Brand Finance team, and will lead the financial analysis for month end close activities and forecasting for the assigned category This person will become part of strategic initiatives and decisions to improve the financial results for the assigned Category and must have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead all FP&A activities for the assigned Category including Monthe end close as well as forecasting Partner with Brand Finance team to lead the financial analysis. Deliver financial commitments and run planning and forecasting activities. Provide insights on key drivers for month end close activities. Drive favorable topline mix by influencing Marketing spending and trade investments, championing the waste agenda. Contribute to Integrated Business Planning by supporting management of the full Category P&L. Profile Quickly able to understand the fundamentals of what drives the business; can hit the ground running and identify opportunities to ‘add value’ and accelerate brand growth. A highly motivated, energetic and pragmatic individual with the ability to ‘roll up sleeves’, take responsibility for initiatives and produce results. Ability to work at a fast pace, deal with ambiguity and make something out of nothing, self-starter. Strategic player – strong with analysis – Pricing, business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution. Ability to think creatively and have foresight regarding long term financial impact of decisions. Ability to effectively interact with others and influence the organization at all levels. You will bring experience and knowledge in: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets. BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company. GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
