Manager Finance Reporting – Ongoing (Sydney) Grade 9/10 | Base Salary: $129,464 – $142,665 + Superannuation | Ongoing Help shape the future of infrastructure in NSW with Infrastructure NSW (INSW). About the Role The Finance Reporting Manager delivers timely and professional management reporting for INSW by consolidating financial data and providing insights into the impact of current operations and future plans. This role ensures INSW financial reporting is in line with financial management policies, procedures, and standards as set out by INSW and NSW Treasury policies. Additionally, the Finance Reporting Manager contributes to INSW by preparing consolidated financial reports, manages the budgeting and forecasting processes, and oversees performance reporting to NSW Treasury. Key responsibilities include: Coordinates and maintains INSW wide budgeting processes, financial reviews, monitoring and analysis including commentary and advice to Executives to meet organisational needs and statutory requirements. Prepare quality, timely and accurate management and financial reports for INSW Executive and NSW Treasury. Lead and review submissions for NSW Treasury regarding INSW budget and appropriations, including new policy proposals, enhanced funding proposals, forward estimates and various related financial matters. Collaborate and partner with INSW executive and operational teams to provide expert advice and support to divisional executives and directors to ensure their financial operations support the achievement of divisional objectives. Provide financial analysis, advice and recommendations to inform senior management decision making e.g. financial impacts of divisional initiatives, costing assistance, funding sources and available options such as reprioritisation. About You You bring tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or accounting along with a full CA, CPA, or CIMA membership. You will also have strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.
