This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial success of our Commercial Enterprise, Retail and Fundraising divisions at Vinnies NSW.   As Manager, Finance (CERF), you’ll provide strategic financial leadership and insight across a diverse portfolio that spans retail operations, commercial ventures and fundraising initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape business decisions, guide investment strategies and identify opportunities to grow revenue and optimise performance. Please note: this is a 15 month contract opportuity. Your Responsibility Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, commercial success and strategic decision making Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for retail and fundraising portfolios Deliver robust margin analysis, financial modelling and business cases for new initiatives and revenue opportunities Provide commercial insights that improve profitability, efficiency and sustainability Prepare and present monthly reports, variance analysis and commentary that influence executive level decisions Collaborate with peers across Finance and Operations to align strategy and performance outcomes Build solid relationships with wider business stakeholders to ensure high level business partnering You Will Need Strong commercial acumen and proven success as a finance business partner in retail, fundraising and/or commercial enterprise environments Expertise in margin analysis, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, and translating data into meaningful insights A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to confidently challenge, advise and support at senior levels CPA or CA qualification and tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field Apply Now If this sounds like you, don’t wait - apply now.   We offer:   Boost Your Take-Home Pay – Access up to $15,900 in tax-free benefits for everyday expenses.
