What You’ll Do Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and Business Partnering. Design and implement future-ready finance operating models, using best practices, automation, and digital tools. Collaborate across PwC’s global network to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions. Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development. Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools. Support business development, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor. What You Bring A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area — such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering— with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance. Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results. Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable.
