Lead our diverse and collaborative teams through our clients’ finance transformation journey. Build and grow Deloitte’s thought leadership to drive innovation and shape future trends. Contribute to developing innovative solutions for our client’s most pressing challenges and actively contribute to further building our highly successful advisory practice
What will your typical day look like?
As a manager in our Finance Transformation team, you will lead a team of Deloitte’s brightest minds to analyse clients’ needs and requirements for transforming their Finance function. This will involve, developing their future Finance Strategy and roadmap on how to achieve the strategy. Redesigning their current Finance processes, leveraging emerging and existing technologies. Providing Finance Transformational support to large ERP or EPM programs. Designing the future Finance Operating Models, including proving a perspective on the Finance capabilities and Business Partnering. Provide delivery excellence through effective project management and financial management, ensuring projects are deliver on time and budget. Leverage your superb interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills and remarkable business sense to support the wider team in project delivery and business development.
