DESCRIPTION

These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Our Finance team plays an integral role in making our airline profitable and successful by meeting our financial goals.
The Manager – Financial Transformation plays a key role in driving end-to-end finance optimization and advancing finance transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for assessing and redesigning finance processes to simplify, standardize, and automate leveraging tools such as ERP, EPM, Alteryx, and Power BI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The manager partners closely with Finance, Digital Technology, and cross-functional leaders to align transformation projects with organizational priorities, while overseeing deliverables, milestones, and KPIs. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on leader, this role ensures financial transformation efforts deliver measurable cost savings, operational excellence, and sustainable long-term impact.
