If this sounds like the role for you, you will be a professionally qualified accountant, finance transformation specialist or equivalent, with experience managing both financial and operational outcomes in a large and complex organisation. You will bring a strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and how they apply within contemporary finance and accounting environments, along with experience working across large teams and shared service models.

You are a collaborative and trusted business partner who builds strong relationships and influences confidently across diverse stakeholder groups. With a naturally curious and analytical mindset, you thrive in complex environments, adapt to changing priorities and use critical thinking to solve problems and deliver value. Your focus on continuous improvement, governance excellence and shared success enables you to create positive outcomes for both your stakeholders and the broader organisation.
