Your tasks

• Planning, monitoring and precise control of recurring operating costs (RC) as well as one-off project and investment expenses (Non-Recurring Costs/NRC)
• Ensuring the isolated recording of project costs so that they do not unintentionally flow into ongoing operating costs.
• Supporting management in resource allocation for internal capacities and work packages, as well as monitoring utilization and the distribution of working hours across line (RC) and projects (NRC)
• Significant involvement in determining and tracking internal hourly rates and capacity requirements
• Preparation of the department's annual budget plan (AOP) and execution of regular bottom-up forecasts (FC 1/2/3) taking milestones into account.
• Conducting continuous target/actual comparisons, early identification of cost and capacity deviations, initiation of countermeasures, and creation of meaningful reports and dashboard analyses for department management and central corporate controlling.

Your profile

• Completed technical studies or studies in business administration, each at least at Bachelor's level.
• More than three years of professional experience in finance
• More than three years of professional experience in project management
• More than three years of professional experience in performance management
• Knowledge of detailed SAP functions and Google Workspace; knowledge of process management is an advantage.
