Facilitate collaborative engagement with business to cultivate strong partnership and unlock incremental value for the enterprise Ensure in-depth understanding of the business to proactively identify key business drivers Effectively communicate financial results & key drivers through concise & effective storytelling Streamline, improve, & automate designated workstreams and processes to drive efficiency Manage business case modeling, run deep dive analysis, and other ad-hoc financial analysis Monitor expense and headcount plan vs actual and provide analysis/recommendation for business partners and Finance team Work autonomously but in collaboration with teammates and business partners supporting a global business Guide the business through various finance-related tasks Own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Controllership, Corporate FP&A, Legal, and a broad group of business stakeholders Assess emerging industry dynamics and build strategic scenarios. Create and maintain detailed financial and business models (adoption curves, ROI, incentives, unit economics, etc.) Partner with cross functional teams to unlock opportunities, structure deals, and evaluate financial impact. Use SQL, dashboards and other analytical and financial planning tools to drive hands-on analysis. Ensure integration of portfolio financials with broader company process. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong corporate finance/FP&A;/investment banking/consulting foundation. Advanced analytical and business case creation skills. Ability to operate in ambiguity, structure complex problems, and deliver clarity. Quick to adapt and agile in a fast-changing environment. Direct communicator who values accountability and constructive challenges. Resilient and detail oriented. Previous experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space or in fintech/payment industries highly desirable. Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors can provide a significant advantage.
