You’ll work with passionate professionals dedicated to financial sustainability and operational excellence across a complex, multi-source funding environment. Your Role, Your Impact As Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will lead a team of six, driving the annual budget process, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. You will work collaboratively with managers across Each to optimise our financial performance and operational efficiency across all business segments. Your work will provide critical financial insights, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and support senior leaders to drive financial performance and operational excellence. Lead the budget process and financial reporting, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business portfolios. Own financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Create clear, compelling financial stories that help the business understand and act on data. Manage a diverse team to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs. Monitor contracts and deliverables across complex funding lines, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate closely with managers and senior leaders to optimise financial and operational outcomes. Support operational teams by listening, filtering, and translating their needs into financial solutions. Build a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a natural leader and mentor who is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and creating an inclusive, safe, ethical, and open culture for all Each staff. You are a team player who genuinely wants to work with others to enable success. To succeed, you’ll need: At least 10 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, or reporting. To be a hands-on, agile thinker with strong leadership and mature data skills. Proven experience managing a team and working with diverse stakeholders. Advanced data analytics skills and evidence of translating data into business insights. Strong communication and report writing capability. Ability to manage complex funding contracts and deliverables. Experience in the not-for-profit or health sector is a plus, but not essential. Confident, articulate, and able to challenge deviations from compliance. Skilled at listening, filtering information, and acting decisively. Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Jedox, Nav BC, Power BI). Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (a Master’s degree is well regarded).
