Supervise a team in the performance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Review and approve necessary journal entries and GL account reconciliations. Review and approve quarterly and annual requests for information (RFIs). Drive compliance around all accounting procedures and controls Prepare monthly investment reporting package, partnering with department heads for variance analysis. Review quarterly fair value marks on all investments for financial reporting as well as lead the financial reporting work for all disclosures related to debt, investments and stock transactions. Review GL account and cost center mapping to the financial statements as necessary. Review financial statement and footnote support workbooks for SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K. Prepares MTD, QTD, & YTD utilization reports for monthly financial reporting package Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions. Assists with quarterly and annual financial reporting, including reviewing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, ensuring quality, and maintaining strict deadlines in addition to statutory reporting requirements. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) ACCA / CPA preferred
