We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for flowers and floral design, with the ability to create stunning arrangements for all occasions including weddings, events, and day-to-day floral needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer preferred
• Strong creativity and an eye for design
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during holidays and events
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of flower care and handling
• Ability to lift and carry flower buckets and supplies as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Create fresh floral arrangements and bouquets based on customer requests and seasonal availability
• Design and prepare floral decorations for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and display areas
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in selecting appropriate floral options
• Manage flower inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper flower care and handling
• Stay updated with floral design trends and seasonal flower availability
• Handle cash and card transactions at the counter, when required
• Assist with social media content creation (optional based on experience)
