At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met. They develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. They manage and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. ▪ Manage the department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources. ▪ Participate in the development and execution of the overall business strategy. ▪ Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring a high standard of service. ▪ Oversee the menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. ▪ Ensure the menu offerings are aligned with customer preferences and industry trends. ▪ Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. ▪ Manage cost control measures to maximize profitability. ▪ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. ▪ Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for both employees and customers. ▪ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts. ▪ Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience. Continuously research new trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the establishment ahead of the competition. ▪ Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. ▪ Conduct regular performance evaluations of the food and beverage team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field Experience: 3-6 Years of experience in food & beverage services Skills: ▪ Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guest inquiries. ▪ Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment ▪ Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively ▪ Strong communication and teamwork skills Languages: Fluent in both English & Arabic
