Description:
Exciting growth opportunity for a multi-site Food and Nutrition Manager for Baptist Health South Florida’s Palm Beach Market- Bethesda East, Besthesda West, and Boca Regional Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have management experience in operational oversight of multiple kitchens; strong desire to work on high level foodservice system projects and assist with the design of new retail and patient meal service platforms. The role will also support the implementation of innovative kitchen and retail construction projects.
Qualifications:
Food Safety Manager Certification or within 90 days of hire. Bachelor of Arts or Science; Master’s preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare, hospitality industry, or related field, with at least five years of management experience at a leadership level. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task; ability to successfully work with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in MS Office applications and presentational skills. Healthcare food and beverage management experience required.
