Manager for Group Accounting, Reporting and Financial Planning (m/f/d)

You can be responsible for the following with us:

Tailor-made solutions: Develop and implement tailor-made solutions for our customers for Group Accounting, Financial Planning and Disclosure Management with the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform .
Process design : Design and optimize end-to-end financial processes – from data collection to consolidated reporting.
Technical and implementation concepts : Develop audit-proof technical and implementation concepts, for example for IFRS conversions and pro forma consolidations, and implement them as an expert for our clients.
Coaching & Workshops: Share your knowledge in customer training and implementation workshops – on-site at our customers' locations and remotely.
Acquisition : Support new customer acquisition through product presentations and technical contributions in sales pitches and quotation processes.
Project Management: You lead several projects simultaneously and remain operationally involved. In doing so, you continuously develop your professional expertise and methodology. You also take responsibility for junior colleagues and support their personal and professional development.
Willingness to shape the future: With entrepreneurial thinking and initiative, you contribute to internal issues and actively support the further development of our service offerings.

We are delighted about this:

A completed degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable field of study – ideally with a Master's degree.
Several years of professional experience in consulting (e.g., audit-related activities, corporate finance, transaction advisory services), optionally with practical experience in group accounting or group controlling. Alternatively, experience in finance software projects , provided a deep understanding of financial processes is present.
Very good understanding of accounting (German Commercial Code) , consolidation and integrated financial planning , as well as solid IFRS knowledge.
Very good knowledge of Lucanet or a comparable CPM solution
Practical experience in implementation-oriented projects, ideally with Lucanet or comparable software solutions.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously – combined with the ability to solve complex problems critically, in a structured and creative manner.
Motivation to develop yourself into a Lucanet Power User – with a clear focus on creating real added value for our customers.
High level of commitment and enjoyment of close collaboration with specialist departments and decision-makers in medium-sized businesses.
