Key Responsibilities A. Course- Design & Development * Design structured eLearning courses on cybercrime investigation, digital forensic, and cyber law at Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced levels aligned to LEA training needs. * Create content for  Video-based modules, Interactive simulations, Case-based learning scenarios and Assessment frameworks (MCQs, practical exercises) B. Domain Experience (Core Expectation) * Develop training modules across key cybercrime case areas like Cyber fraud (UPI, mule accounts, phishing, BEC), Dark web investigations Mobile & cloud forensics OSINT and social media investigations, Crypto tracing basics, Incident response & evidence handling * Convert real-life investigation experience into training content (sanitized, non-sensitive). C. Practical Simulation & Lab Creation * Design hands-on labs and simulated investigation environments for LEA trainees: * Develop step-wise investigation walkthroughs aligned to court-defensible practices. D. LMS & Content Deployment •       Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, LifeRay, custom LEA platforms) to Upload and structure courses, Configure assessments, track learner progress and engagement •       Ensure content is SCORM/xAPI compliant (preferred). •       Incorporate feedback from LEA officers to continuously refine courses.
