Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Franchise stores across the Southeast Asia cluster. In your role, you will be supporting the implementation of adidas DTC strategy consistently across all SEA countries for the concept brand stores, consulting the cluster DTC & HUB organizations and managing key projects and initiatives. The focus of this role will be to drive pre-season planning, merchandise and financial planning, store clustering and grading, option planning for own retail across the regions in collaboration with each country and HUB merchandising. This role will also provide the required level of support for franchise partners in SEA countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the pre-season framework as define by HUB.
  • Drive the pre-season strategy for franchise stores, including OTB Planning & Management following the market financial targets (Net sales, Net sales @ Full Price, Inventory cover, ST%).
  • Drive and manage store segmentation (clustering & grading) process with all cluster counterparts to enable the right distribution of product and price points.
  • Define and manage the store option plan and space management process.
  • Drive the adoption of EM common range as defined by HUB being the voice for local needs.
  • Recommend the ideal range framework and assortments to countries in collaboration with HUB.
  • Manage a comprehensive pre-buy milestone review and sign off to ensure the right product is bought, in the right depth and distribution in alignment with the product seasonal strategic direction as defined by HUB merchandising.
  • Gather and provide detailed analysis and data in order to support a pre-seasonal OTB planning, buy- sign-off process and in-season tracking of aligned strategic direction.
  • Drive weekly sales and stock inventory projection and define right action plan to guarantee right inventory level to achieve financial goals.
  • Collaborate with countries to develop concrete action plans to improve the overall product buy from a commercial perspective.
  • Contribute to the design of and implement a set of key Brick Mortar trading standards, including reporting & tools, that help evaluate the business goals and ensure this is rolled out in the clusters.
  • Evaluate and propose the commonality and differentiation in Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Brick & Mortar of the commercial buy process.
  • Support the enhancement of all product planning systems and tools, liaising with EM HUB to meet world class best practices.
