Description

Taco John’s International is looking for a full-time Manager, Franchise Sales, to oversee the end-to-end franchise sales process to support strategic growth and brand expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MANAGER, FRANCHISE SALES

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in franchise management, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Proven track record in franchise sales or business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving results.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., FranConnect, Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and the franchise approval process.
  • Certified Franchisee Executive Designation
  • Familiarity with franchise legal, operational, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience conducting discovery days and franchise site visits.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and CRM tracking best practices.
  • Background in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
