Description
  • Key responsibilities: Lead fraud consulting engagements from mobilisation through to delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including senior fraud, risk, compliance, technology and business stakeholders.
  • Develop fraud strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
  • Assess and improve fraud prevention, detection, investigation and response capabilities.
  • Support the design and establishment of fraud operations, DFOCs, fraud control centres and fraud fusion capabilities.
  • Review and optimise fraud rules, scenarios, controls, processes and operating procedures.
  • Support fraud technology assessments, implementations and optimisation programmes.
  • Translate complex client challenges into practical, commercially viable solutions.
  • Manage project teams, workplans, deliverables, risks and client expectations.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, thought leadership and the continued development of Axon’s fraud services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development.
  • Coach and develop consultants and analysts within the fraud team.
  • Supporting the Head of Fraud Advisory
