We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Manager, Fraud Management and Investigations, reporting to the Senior Manager – Fraud Management and Investigations. A bit about your role As the Manager, Fraud Management and Investigations, you will be responsible for leading fraud risk assessments, investigations, and compliance activities aligned with statutory and internal guidelines. You will act as a trusted advisor on fraud and corruption matters, develop training programs to promote awareness, and manage key processes including conflicts of interest, gifts and benefits, and procurement probity. The role also involves data analysis to detect fraud risks, staying current with industry trends, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain a strong fraud control environment across the business. A bit about you The ideal candidate will have experience in managing fraud risk across the business by maintaining fraud risk registers, leading investigations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and delivering targeted training and awareness programs. It involves overseeing compliance processes such as conflicts of interest and procurement probity, monitoring key registers and mailboxes, and contributing to the development of fraud-related policies and frameworks. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams including Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Finance, and supports decision-making in fraud prevention and detection activities, while escalating policy-level changes as needed.
