Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse staff, monitor performance and streamline workflows for efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure that objectives are met within budget and time constraints, foster a positive work environment, and collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational success.
  • Monitor fill rates, stockouts, and turnover in collaboration with Inventory.
  • Oversee and coordinate order picking, packing and shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely daily order Fulfillment with a strong focus on efficiency and precision.
  • Streamline fulfillment workflows to increase speed and reduce errors.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide timely appraisals to foster employee development and reinforce accountability.
  • Acknowledge and celebrate individual and team achievements, boosting morale and motivation.
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with other departments in a timely and fair manner.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training or learning sessions to build team competencies.
  • Take ownership of team outcomes and be accountable for both successes and failures.
  • Lead by example with high ethical standards, honesty, and professionalism.
