JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Liaise with stakeholders to create and launch new FX products.
• Increase utilization of Bank products (cross selling) with emphasis on FX products.
• To understand customers’ business and provide structured solutions through a consultative selling process. To match customers, needs with product capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations. To negotiate terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Promote FX products and services for customers by attending/arranging meetings and raise engagement/activity with the Bank.
• On boarding eligible clients to Treasury Direct Dealing
• Negotiate client’s rates and margin in order to achieve maximum profitability.
• Actively coordinate with Treasury Department and strive to resolve any pending issues to ensure highest level of services is always maintained.
• Ensure strict compliance and application of relevant local and international processes, procedures and controls to meet the Business needs while providing efficient service to customers.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant education with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant experience in similar job
• At least 5 years of experience handling an FX unit
