Role Purpose This role is responsible for supporting governance, compliance, policy management, budgeting, MIS, and management reporting for the function. The role requires strong coordination, analytical ability, and execution discipline to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, timely closure of audit observations, and accurate reporting.Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of coordination for HR audit observations and action plans Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit points Track, document, and report audit status updates to the Lead HRBP Maintain audit evidence, records, and compliance documentation Support drafting, review, and periodic updating of HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Coordinate with stakeholders for inputs, approvals, and roll-out of policies/SOPs Ensure alignment of policies with statutory requirements, company guidelines, and best practices Maintain version control, policy repository, and communication records Prepare budget trackers, summaries, and presentations for review with the Lead HRBP Track quarterly budget utilization and analyze variances Support preparation and consolidation of the functional budget till final sign-off Develop dashboards and standard reporting formats for recurring reviews Collate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency Prepare functional PowerPoint presentations for management, leadership, and review meetings Own preparation and circulation of monthly MIS for the function Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and version control Highlight trends, risks, and key observations to the Lead HRBP Handle any other responsibilities assigned from time to time Coordinate with HR COEs and business stakeholders as required Provide day-to-day support to Lead HRBP on HR initiatives, reviews, and special projects Indicative Experience and Exposure Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDM – HR preferred) 4-7 years of relevant experience in HR operations, policy & SOP management, MIS, audit coordination, or corporate HR roles
