Requirements Job Requirements Assist the General Manager with the operation of the theatre Oversee all operational areas of the theatre including, but not limited to: Box Office, Floor Operations, Concession Stand, Bar, Kitchen and Projection Must have accurate cash handling skills, including the reconciling of tills and performing regular deposits Assist General Manager in the hiring, training and supervising of all Team Members Ensures the theatre is clean, safe and properly maintained Conducts regular inventory and ensures levels align to expected business volume Ensures the correct preparation, accuracy and timely submission of all required reports Proper and safe operation and maintenance of equipment Ability to follow written and oral instructions, including all company policies Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, climb stairs, and work extended hours as needed Must have or be willing to complete required Food Manager Certification and Safe Achohol Service Training (TABC) Demonstrate a natural ability to engage with Guests, Managers, Team Members and Business Partners in a friendly and professional manner Perform any other job related tasks assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager Qualifications Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours including, most nights, weekends and holidays Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Works with a sense of urgency Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and is able to adapt quickly or pivot in the face of adversity Benefits 401(k) with discretionary company match Heatlh Benefits Employee Discounts Free Movies Paid Time Off Holiday Pay of time and half for hourly Team Members that work on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
