Roles & responsibilities  Manage overall forecast for the region/ geography. Assist business with insights on resource availability across Service groups. Assist seniors on HC budgeting exercise. · Apply thorough resource deployment knowledge to develop and implement onboarding and staffing strategies for a Service Network or Business Unit; align resources with engagement demands to optimize productivity and maintain reasonable workloads, fostering skill development; resolve complex conflicts and escalate issues to Associate Director or Director, as necessary Must have vast Workforce Management knowledge. Handling high level Reports for leadership Knowledge related to any of the Scheduling tools ( Launchpad etc.) Oversee staff work products and lead projects, while managing deadlines and expectations Team Management Onshore Stakeholder Management Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on experience The candidate will also be responsible for: Manage practice-wide strategic initiatives and projects in support of resource deployment strategy; stay informed about business and regulatory impacts on resourcing needs Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents
