Description
Ensure comprehensive tax due diligence and technical updates, accurate cross-border LTI calculations across all jurisdictions, and leveraging use of technology for such work; Design and implement variable compensation and benefits programmes; Provide expert guidance to clients on international aspects of equity-based compensation plans, covering payroll tax reporting, withholding, corporate tax deductions, exchange controls, M&A implications, and regulatory and legal compliance. Support companies in developing, implementing, modifying, and managing their global equity programs. Work on the employment tax aspects of LTI including but not limited to payroll implementations, review and maintenance of payroll earncodes, annual equity filing compliance, payroll audits, payroll health checks for LTI, payroll reporting and withholding obligations for various LTI Collaborate across various service lines to promote internal efficiencies and streamline processes, such as in tax return preparation.
