University degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field
Strong analytical skills, business acumen and sound understanding of financial statements and processes
Advanced knowledge of Controlling related processes in SAP and other financial systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solutions
High willingness to learn and strong team spirit
Digital skills and international working experience a plus
Fluent English language skills
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Regional Finance (‘FR’) Controlling roadmap to address strategic topics focusing on long term impact
Cascade global roadmap and strategy within FR Controlling and ensure effective and transparent communication within the FR Controlling Community
Coordinate FR Controlling activities at global level driving value creation and efficiency
Initiate and execute Controlling related projects (end-to-end) to develop new analytical solutions, strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize Controlling related processes/activities and to enhance FR Controlling Community
Support projects during the roll-out and operational phase (after launch) and drive continuous improvement to ensure lasting added value
Connect with key stakeholders from various internal departments to ensure an efficient and transparent communication and a close collaboration in project implementation
Explore and unlock new controlling and analytical capabilities enabled by data and digital solutions
