About this Position This is a multifaceted role combining strategic controlling, financial steering, and conceptual work within Henkel’s Corporate Citizenship framework – our voluntary social commitment beyond our core business, deeply embedded in our culture to foster meaningful social impact. This position is temporary from January 2026 until the end of 2027 to cover maternity leave. What you´ll do Own financial controlling, reporting and consulting for Corporate Citizenship, including audits, budgeting, and global and regional donation steering Steer transparency and budget across regions by tracking, managing deviations, and optimizing processes Define, track, and report KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness, aligning Corporate Citizenship initiatives with Henkel’s sustainability and strategic goals Foster collaboration and facilitate knowledge transfer with diverse stakeholders across regions, functions, and business units, including internal teams, Corporate Citizenship ambassadors, and external partners What makes you a good fit Master’s degree in Economics, Controlling, or a related Management field Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in corporate controlling Strong knowledge of controlling-related IT systems and data management tools Motivated by purpose – committed to creating positive social impact beyond business.
