Description
This role has a global domain and is responsible for providing the technical support / expertise for all of APLL's IT platforms, systems and applications such as LSS+, WMS as well as enterprise, regional / local apps. This role works closely with the teams internally in the implementation of new technology / projects, and externally with vendors for project execution and management of services support, whilst having to balance between regular business operations activities, resource and skills constraints.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing technical support and expertise for all of APLL's IT platforms, systems, and applications. It involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors for project execution and management of services support.
