• Lead The company Proactive Quality Mind-sets and Culture
• Drive the set-up of the Quality Management System (QMS) ConSense for the company in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements and ensures implementation throughout the business.
• Ensure quality assurances is built into all business processes in line with the QMS system (ConSense).
• Develops the awareness on benefits of the management system compliance into the business
• The Group Quality Management System leader ensure an efficient certification program is in place to meet all market and regulatory requirements
• Develop and drive the internal audit program & capability to ensure successful certifications
• Follow up and drive the Quality KPI that meet compliance
• Set Up Drive and Lead the network of the site Quality Management System Owners

Ihre Stärken

• Bachelor or Master degree (or equal through experience) in engineering / sciences
• Experience in a business environment
• Good knowledge of multi quality management systems complexity (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO…)
• Analytical skills and communication skills
• Good communication skills towards different teams in the organization
• Leadership skill to be able to push projects forward and take full accountability
• Project management in cross functional teams
• Proactively reduce hurdles
• Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an asset
