As our Manager Global Search Marketing, you are responsible for Rituals’ visibility across existing and emerging search platforms in more than 25 markets. Drawing on your experience, you define the vision for our overall search strategy (SEA, SEO, and AEO) and actively drive its execution. You manage a significant part of the performance marketing budget, including paid search and marketplace advertising. In this role, you lead a team while also staying hands-on; driving innovation, managing performance, and continuously raising the bar. Your responsibilities include: Lead and support the SEA and SEO specialists within the team (3 fte), fostering our Rituals’ culture: play to win, love to care. Develop and own the overall (holistic) search strategy and set priorities in the short- and long-term. Budget management and forecasting for SEA (Google, Microsoft), Marketplaces (Amazon, Allegro) and emerging search platforms. Optimize, innovate and scale Search & Shopping campaigns, driving effective performance marketing. Analyze results, translating data into clear actionable insights, and report to (senior) stakeholders across the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trading, marketing, paid media, CRM) internally to develop and implement search strategies that align with the overall business goals and vision. Maintain relationships with external partners, such as Google and media agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Continuously (A/B) test new features, formats, or strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge internally. You will be joining the Digital Marketing team within the Digital department. You will be part of a dynamic network of paid media specialists while leading the SEA & SEO function. You will work from our Central Head Office at the Herengracht in Amsterdam. On top of that, you bring: At least 4 years of experience in running Paid Search campaigns at scale and managing SEO practices. Proven experience in leading a team or closely mentoring colleagues. Deep knowledge of smart bidding, automation, feed management, technical SEO, ranking factors, and content optimization. You have the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment and can prioritize what’s best for the business AND the team. You are comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and turning them into clear recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in Amazon advertising is a big plus. On top of this: You are a natural leader, taking care of the people around you. You have a structured, analytical mindset.
