Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

To lead the design, standardization, and deployment of a global SIOP and S&OE framework that ensures strategic alignment, mid- to long-range planning integration and short-term execution agility across regions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Develop and deploy a global SIOP process framework - Design and implement a globally standardized SIOP process that defines structure, cadence, and governance to support integrated business planning.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths in S&OP/S&O - Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and escalation protocols to ensure accountability and speed in both strategic and operational planning cycles.
  • Design and launch short-term S&OE execution routines - Create agile S&OE routines that enable real-time monitoring and rapid resolution of short-term supply and demand variances.
  • Support deployment of I tools and scenario planning capabilities - Enable effective use of integrated business planning systems by supporting tool deployment and embedding scenario modeling into decision-making.
  • Facilitate executive SIOP meetings and decision-making forums - Lead high-level SIOP reviews by providing relevant insights and ensuring alignment on key planning decisions and trade-offs.
  • Build and sustain performance dashboards - Develop standardized dashboards that track key SIOP and S&OE metrics, enabling performance visibility and data-driven decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment - Ensure synchronized planning across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive a unified plan and eliminate functional silos.
  • Enable continuous improvement in planning maturity - Assess process effectiveness and maturity regularly, identifying improvement opportunities and leading initiatives to advance planning capabilities.
  • Train global stakeholders in SIOP/S&OE process adoption - Deliver training, tools, and coaching to promote consistent adoption and competency in SIOP and S&OE processes across all regions.
