A Day in the Life

As the Global Social Media Manager for Kiehl’s, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s image across all social platforms. Reporting to the AVP Social Media, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Omni-Media teams to produce innovative campaigns that disrupt the social media landscape. Your role will focus on creating strategic global campaigns, managing budgets, and working with agencies to deliver platform-first content.

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute global social media campaigns and playbooks to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Creative Ideation: Generate buzzworthy ideas that align with brand consistency while staying ahead of social trends and innovations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage budgets for key campaigns and provide updates to ensure alignment with overall social budgets.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with content and creator agencies to deliver modern, platform-first assets.

We Are Looking For

You’re a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in social media management or content creation.

  • Expertise in social media strategy, creative ideation, and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple live projects effectively.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and identify trends to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Traackr, or Dash Hudson is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:  $98,200-$137,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
