YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or similiar degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience, capital equipment with Test & Measurement background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate an international team of sales professional to achieve agreed business goals
  • A passion for helping people solve problems and an intense focus on customer service
  • An understanding of trending electronic industry technologies, standards and applications (particularly RF/Wireless)
  • New business development and prospecting skills
  • Documentation and update corporate CRM tools
  • Self-motivated to learn and understand internal and customer processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Embrace and thrive in an environment of change, especially with respect to new technology
  • Ability to travel regularly

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team of global sales account managers with strong focus on keeping and creating sustainable valued relationship with assigned strategic customers
  • Responsible for achieving business growth targets by identifying gaps and growth potential
  • Definition of sales strategies, coordinating the planning and execution of account development initiatives aiming to generate demand in Global Strategic Accounts
  • Responsible for its implementation in the countries, in alignment with the Regional Sales Management and Global Sales Director
  • Acting as a key Interface between Countries & Regions, BDMs and Subdivisions for the GSAs
  • Reporting on funnel and opportunity pipeline to Global Sales Management
