This includes supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing at Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO's), internal production of material supporting product release, and biorepository forecasting. Responsibilities: * Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions. * Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements in coordination with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management. * Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle. * Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes. * Participate in design and implementation of new ERP system. * Assist in translating KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST * Identify and implement key supply chain related initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management/Sciences) * 5-7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning. Relevant supply chain planning experience in autologous cell & gene therapy is ideal. * APICS or similar certification preferred. * 2+ years’ experience with ERP system, preferably NetSuite * Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA etc), GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
