The APAC Global Web Production Manager (GWPM) leads the coordination, planning, and execution of adobe.com projects across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with Adobe's strategy and business objectives. Leading the APAC production team, the GWPM ensures projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard, through effective management of schedules, resources and risks. The role involves daily communication with partners from both Sales and Marketing to ensure the wider team is well-informed of project status. The GWPM champions AI adoption across the web production function by embedding AI-first thinking into daily workflows and upskilling the team on emerging tools. Operating within an agile delivery model, they are accountable for the smooth running of sprints and ongoing optimization of team processes. Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Global Web Production to support revenue growth across international sites Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of web producers and specialists, Develop and embed an AI-first approach to web production, driving team proficiency in AI tools, agentic workflows, and emerging tech Run agile delivery, including sprints, ceremonies, and continuous improvement of ways of working across cross-functional business and implementation partners Own process and quality improvements, gathering input from the wider Marketing team to remove blockers and streamline workflows Manage team budget, expenses, and operational administration Requirements 5+ years managing web production or web project delivery in a complex, global environment, including multiple successful global site launches Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, with a track record of embedding them into production Strong command of agile and sprint-based delivery (Scrum certification a plus) Experience with web content management systems; working knowledge of Jira and AEM desirable Proven leader who builds credibility with teams and senior collaborators, and influences outcomes across functions Sharp prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience APAC market experience with a strong grasp of regional nuances a plus About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
