Description

Purpose • Act as the custodian of Daman’s governance framework, ensuring all corporate policies, Delegation of Authority (DoA), Board charters, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls are current, compliant, and enforced across the organization. • The role holder safeguards Daman’s regulatory standing, supports Board effectiveness, coordinating endorsements/ approvals; and works as the operational bridge between the BUs, Division Heads and both the Board Secretary and Pure Health Group by Mandate • The Manager, Governance is responsible for maintaining Daman’s single source of truth for policies, DoA, corporate and board level governance artifacts. • The role has authority to discuss/negotiate/suggest changes to policy updates that violate SoD principles or regulatory requirements, and to escalate non-compliance to the BPM CoE [Policy], VEO [Value-at-risk], Board Secretary [Charter maintenance], Compliance [DoA], InfoSec [SoD] for their respective owned governance artifacts • This role does not set policy content but enforces process, control, and approval rigor.

Responsibilities

The role acts as the custodian of the governance framework, ensuring corporate policies, board charters, and segregation of duties controls are compliant and enforced. It serves as the operational bridge between business units, division heads, the Board Secretary, and the Pure Health Group.
