Role Overview As a Graphic Design Manager, you will lead the visual direction across digital marketing, brand campaigns, and social media. You’ll be responsible for building high-impact creatives, ensuring brand consistency, and managing a team of designers to deliver high-quality, performance-driven work. This role is for someone who combines strong creative thinking with leadership—someone who can guide a team, take ownership of output quality, and turn ideas into effective visual communication. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Execution Lead the visual direction for digital campaigns, ads, and social media content Ensure all creatives are high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with business goals Review and approve designs before final delivery Continuously raise the bar for creative output Team Management Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers Provide clear feedback and direction to improve performance Allocate tasks, manage bandwidth, and ensure timely delivery Build a strong, accountable, and collaborative team culture Creative Strategy & Ideation Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign ideas Contribute to creative strategy and planning Stay updated with design trends and platform best practices Bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table Brand & Quality Control Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creatives Adapt designs based on brand guidelines and target audience Maintain strong attention to detail across all outputs Process & Asset Management Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time Maintain organized design systems, templates, and assets Build scalable processes for consistent creative delivery What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/advertising setup Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based and digital creatives Prior experience managing or mentoring a team Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with Canva Strong understanding of social media and digital design requirements Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and strong creative judgment Why Work With Us Flexible Work Culture We focus on outcomes, not rigid rules.
