Master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Accounting
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Comprehensive understanding of financial consolidation, including detailed knowledge of the consolidation of investments
Several years of practical experience in the application/use of consolidation tools (desirable: SAP SEM-BCS)
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Fluent English skills
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the consolidation of the Henkel group
Lead equity-related topics, including preparation of the consolidated statement of comprehensive income and changes in equity
Steer improvement and maintenance measures in the consolidation software SAP SEM-BCS, including coordination with external consultants
Support projects impacting the consolidation circle (mergers, acquisitions, divestments, etc.)
Coordinate and conduct international accounting training for experienced colleagues (IFRS Workshops) to ensure constant improvement of local reporting packages
Act as a contact person for auditors, other departments, and subsidiaries for questions regarding consolidation-related issues and the reporting package
