Overview Your mission Managing financial governance for European subsidiaries and permanent establishments within the corporate group Preparing and finalizing monthly and annual financial statements for multiple European entities Communicating with auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments Supporting group accounting and consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and reconciliation of individual financial statements Preparing, reviewing, and timely filing of advance VAT returns and VAT returns for several European companies Handling VAT-related issues, including cross-border matters and special topics such as construction withholding tax Coordinating and consulting with external tax advisors to ensure proper tax compliance Contributing to the further development of financial processes and providing support in cross-functional finance projects Collaborating on the implementation and documentation of internal controls Maintaining and updating finance policies, accounting manuals, and process guidelines Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Controlling, or a related field Several years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in an international setting Excellent proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of IFRS and German accounting standards is desirable In-depth knowledge of income tax and sales tax law Excellent written and spoken English; (very) good German skills are a plus Strong hands-on approach, ability to work independently and willingness to take on responsibility, team player Willingness to travel occasionally What we offer The opportunity to work independently as part of a dedicated team A role in a growing, international company with a startup mindset An open and friendly work environment A flexible work schedule with core working hours Company sports program (7Card) Meal vouchers Medical insurance unsolicited application About us Greencells doesn’t just build solar plants — we help shape Europe’s energy future.
